How has your time and experience in Science Fairs impacted your life?
It has shown me endless amounts of possibilities for future careers and hobbies.

Where did you find inspiration for your science projects?
I have always wanted to help the environment and I am really interested in projects and ideas in the medical field.

Who is someone in science who inspired you? And why?
My Dad because he has always made science a fun time and really interesting.

Can you share a memorable experience you had at a Science Fair?
Presenting my project for the first time at the National level.

Does an interest in Science run in your family?
Yes, science is a big aspect in my family's life.

What advice would you give to fellow students interested in Science?
There is so many options in science, just because one subject doesn't interest you doesn't mean every science subject isn't interesting. It takes time to find one that you will really like.

Open Question: Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Science has always been a part of my life but I have found that taking interest in other subjects or activities help me tremendously with science. Taking a step back and enjoying other things helped me look at my projects, or science in general, in a new and better perspective.  

How many years did you participate in Science Fairs? And at what level?
I have participated in Science Fairs for nine years at the Regional Science Fair, and two years at the National Fair.
