The STEM Project Grant is a funding opportunity for youth across BC and the Yukon to explore science, technology, and innovation through their own unique STEM project.
Created for youth looking for financial support in their pursuit of STEM inquiry, the STEM Project Grant is inviting BC and Yukon students between the ages of 9 and 18 to apply for funding that will help them build their STEM project or compete in a regional science fair. Grants of between $50 to $200 will be awarded to successful applicants who can demonstrate the grant money will substantially contribute to their understanding of and development in STEM.
Grant Eligibility & How It Works
Applicants will be asked to describe their STEM project, what they are trying to discover, and how the STEM Project Grant funding will be used in relation to their project or attending a STEM competition.
